Hi I'm Kim, voice behind Craftaphile (lover of all things crafty).  The Spring of 2011 is when I realized that I have a passion for creating.  I had recently given birth and had started a new chapter in my life as a stay at home mom and found that I had more time on my hands than I was used to.  (This was when my baby was still sleeping for most of the day.)  I credit U-Create for really giving me the inspiration to start crafting.  I remember the day I discovered it, I spent hours clicking through old posts.  I really think I went through all of them.  And I wanted to make everything.  And so my crafting journey began.  I created Craftaphile to document it, and hope that it inspires you to create too.
